Video Generation Is Not Built Yet

This page exists because the answer to “does Unizune AI do video?” is no, and you deserve to find that out from a page rather than from a dead end in the app.

The reason is not that it would be hard to wire up. Everything else here runs on free tiers, and the free-tier video models available today produce clips slowly and produce them badly — short, low resolution, and frequently unusable on the first several attempts. Shipping that would make the product worse: it would burn shared quota, it would take minutes per attempt, and it would set an expectation the result cannot meet.

So instead there is a waitlist. It takes an email address and nothing else — no account, no sign-in, because asking you to commit to an account in order to say “tell me when this exists” asks for the commitment before the thing does. The address is used to tell you when it ships, and for nothing else.

What it is really for is measurement. If enough people want this, it becomes worth building around the constraints rather than waiting for the models to improve — and that is a decision better made on a number than on a hunch.

What it's good for

  • Finding out where this stands without installing or signing up for anything
  • Being told once, when it is actually usable rather than when it is merely live
  • Making the demand visible, which is the thing that moves it up the list

What it won't do

  • Generate video today, in any mode, on any plan.
  • Take your address more than once. A repeat submission is accepted and does nothing, and the page never tells you whether an address is already on the list — an endpoint that answers that question is an email-enumeration tool.
  • Send you anything else. One email, when it ships.
