Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026.
These policies were drafted in good faith to describe what Unizune actually does with your data. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a contract you can rely on commercially, have one drafted.
The short version
Unizune AI is a free service provided by Unizune. Use it for anything lawful. Don't abuse the shared capacity. Check its output before you rely on it, because it can be wrong. There are no guarantees attached to a free service, and this page says so honestly rather than in nine pages of capitals.
Who these terms are with
These Terms are between you and Unizune, the operator of Unizune AI. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
Your account
You need a working email address, or a Google account, to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to work around usage limits is a breach of these terms.
Fair use, and why the limits exist
Unizune AI runs on shared inference capacity. That is the whole reason it can be free — and it means one account behaving badly degrades the service for everybody else, or gets the underlying capacity suspended outright.
So there are per-minute, per-day and per-month message limits. Most people never reach them. Automated or scripted use, scraping the service through its API, reselling access, or deliberately working around the limits will get an account blocked without notice.
What you must not use it for
- Anything unlawful, or anything that would make us party to something unlawful.
- Generating malware, phishing content, or material designed to defraud or impersonate someone.
- Harassing, threatening or sexualising any real person, and any sexual content involving minors — this results in an immediate permanent block.
- Deliberately extracting or probing for the service's own configuration, credentials or infrastructure details.
- Presenting Unizune AI's output as professional financial, legal or medical advice to someone else.
Your content, and ours
What you type stays yours. You keep ownership of your prompts, and of the personas and templates you write. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the AI processors described in the Privacy Policy so a reply can be generated.
We don't claim ownership of what the AI generates for you, and we don't use your chats to train models. Note that AI output is not reliably original or exclusive — the same prompt can produce similar text for someone else, and its copyright status varies by jurisdiction. If exclusivity matters for your use, don't assume you have it.
Sharing a chat publishes it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means.
AI output — read this part
Unizune AI generates text by prediction. It can state something false with complete confidence, invent a citation, get arithmetic wrong, or produce code with a security flaw in it. This is a property of the technology, not a bug that is about to be fixed.
You are responsible for checking anything you act on. Nothing the service produces is financial, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice, and the Trading Signal Explainer persona in particular is an educational explainer — not a signal service and not a recommendation to trade.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no uptime commitment. It depends on third-party capacity that can be rate limited or withdrawn at short notice. Features may change or be removed, and the service could be discontinued. If it is being shut down, reasonable notice will be given so you can export anything you care about.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any decision you made based on the service's output. Because the service is free and no money changes hands, no financial cap on liability is offered — nothing has been paid for it.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations don't apply to you and the rest still does.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and for a serious breach — abuse, illegal content, attacking the infrastructure — without notice.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes and the affected section is rewritten. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The other document
The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, who processes your prompts, and how to delete your account.
