The prompt

Copy it, or use the button above to drop it straight into the composer. Everything in [SQUARE BRACKETS] is a slot you fill in.

Write a product description.

Product: [NAME AND WHAT IT PHYSICALLY IS]
Specs I have: [DIMENSIONS, MATERIALS, CAPACITY, COMPATIBILITY — WHATEVER IS TRUE]
Price: [PRICE]
Who buys it: [SPECIFIC BUYER, NOT "EVERYONE"]
What they are comparing it against: [THE ALTERNATIVE THEY ARE ALSO LOOKING AT]
The one thing that makes mine the better choice: [YOUR REAL ADVANTAGE]
Where this will be published: [OWN SITE / AMAZON / ETSY / SHOPIFY]

Deliver:
1. A one-sentence lead that names the buyer's situation, not the product category.
2. Three to five bullets, each pairing a spec with what it means in use — "1.4kg" becomes "1.4kg, so it fits a laptop bag without the extra strap".
3. A short paragraph handling the objection this buyer actually has at this price.
4. The comparison, stated plainly and fairly: what the alternative does better, and why mine still wins for this buyer. Fair comparisons convert better than one-sided ones.
5. A closing line that states what happens after they buy (shipping, setup, warranty) using only facts I gave you.
6. If the platform is Amazon or Etsy, add a title under that platform's character limit and five backend keyword phrases.

Rules:
- Never invent a spec, certification, material, award or review. If a description needs something I did not give you, write [need: what you need] and continue.
- No "premium quality", "perfect for everyone", "state of the art", or any adjective that would be true of every competing product.
- Match the reading level of the buyer I described, not a marketing department.

When to use it

  • You know the product truth and need copy built around it
  • You're writing to a specific buyer with a specific objection
  • One piece of work needs reshaping for several channels

Which mode suits it

Marketing copy needs options to choose between, so more variation helps — then narrow with Precise once you know the angle.

  • Creative — more angles, more expressive
