Account and billing
How accounts work, what the Free and Pro plans mean today, and why there is nothing to pay yet.
Signing in
Two ways, and neither involves a password:
- An emailed code. Enter your address, we send six digits, you enter them. Codes
expire after a few minutes and are single-use.
- Google. One click, and we receive your email address, name and profile picture
— nothing else.
There is no password to set, reset, or reuse from another site.
Plans
Free is the whole product: chat, all three modes, personas, templates, Arena, image generation, sharing. There are per-minute, per-day and per-month message limits so that one heavy account cannot exhaust a shared free-tier quota for everybody else. You can see where you stand on the My usage tab.
Pro currently unlocks one thing: connectors.
There is nothing to buy yet
This is the honest part. Pro cannot be purchased. There is no checkout, no card form, and no subscription — the plan flag exists and an administrator sets it by hand.
We would rather say that than run a pricing page that implies otherwise and costs you a search. The pricing page says the same thing.
If you need connectors, ask — the contact address is in the footer.
Your data
- Your chats are yours. They are stored so you can come back to them, and deleted
when you delete them.
- Sharing is explicit. A chat is private until you turn on a public link, and
turning it off makes the link stop resolving immediately.
- Prompt content reaches third-party inference providers, because that is how any
assistant of this kind works. The Privacy Policy names them — that is the one place in the product where they are named, because a policy that hid who receives your prompts would be worse than one that says so.
- Generated images are not stored at all. See
Staying signed in
You should not be signed out while you are using it. A session extends itself as you go, and only expires after a long stretch with no visits at all. Signing out explicitly clears it immediately.
Deleting your account
Email the address in the footer from the address on the account. Say what you want removed — the account, the chats, or both.
